Ingredients
4 lbs (1.8 Kg) lean ground beef or a combination of beef and pork
2 pkgs Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix, or 1 cup breadcrumbs
3 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
2 tbsp Beef & Steak Seasoning
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, optional
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. To prevent sticking, moisten hands with water and form about 2 tbsp of mixture into evenly shaped meatballs.
Arrange meatballs about 1" apart on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5 - 8 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350° F (175° C) and continue cooking for about 15 minutes, or until meatballs are fully cooked.
