Ingredients
  • 4 lbs (1.8 Kg) lean ground beef or a combination of beef and pork

  • 2 pkgs Crispy & Crunchy Coating Mix, or 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 3 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix

  • 2 tbsp Beef & Steak Seasoning

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

  • 12 cup grated Parmesan cheese, optional

  • Sea Salt, to taste

  • Black Pepper, to taste

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 450° F.

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. To prevent sticking, moisten hands with water and form about 2 tbsp of mixture into evenly shaped meatballs.

  • Arrange meatballs about 1" apart on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 5 - 8 minutes.

  • Reduce oven temperature to 350° F (175° C) and continue cooking for about 15 minutes, or until meatballs are fully cooked.
