Marry Me Salmon

Ingredients
1 pkg Marry Me Chicken Seasoning
1 cup half and half cream (10%)
1⁄2 cup water
1 tbsp oil
4 (4 oz/113 g) salmon fillets
2 cups baby spinach
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk together seasoning, cream, and water. Set aside.
Heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat. Add salmon; sear 2–3 min per side or until golden.
Stir in reserved seasoning mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally. Add spinach; cover and cook until wilted.
Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes, if desired.
