Marry Me Chicken Pasta

This is the little black dress of pasta dishes: it can be dressed up for a romantic date night or dressed down for a regular weekday dinner. Whip up a quick salad while things are cooking on the stovetop and you’ll have a complete meal in a snap. More time to plan the honeymoon!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bite-size pasta, your choice
  • 1 pkg Marry Me Chicken Seasoning
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream (10%)
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 13 cup julienned sundered tomatoes, drained
  • 2 cups baby spinach

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta in large pot according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk seasoning with cream and water. Set aside.
  3. Chop chicken into bite-size pieces. Heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry until cooked, about 5–7 min.
  4. Stir reserved seasoning mixture, cooked pasta, and tomatoes into pan. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and let simmer 1 min, or until sauce is thickened. Add spinach; stir until wilted.
