Ingredients
2 cups bite-size pasta, your choice
1 pkg Marry Me Chicken Seasoning
1 cup half-and-half cream (10%)
1⁄2 cup water
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken
1 tbsp oil
1⁄3 cup julienned sundered tomatoes, drained
2 cups baby spinach
Preparation
Cook pasta in large pot according to package directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk seasoning with cream and water. Set aside.
Chop chicken into bite-size pieces. Heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry until cooked, about 5–7 min.
Stir reserved seasoning mixture, cooked pasta, and tomatoes into pan. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and let simmer 1 min, or until sauce is thickened. Add spinach; stir until wilted.
