Ingredients

  • 1 head romaine or iceberg lettuce, washed and dried
  • 2 cups mixed, fresh seasonal vegetables, sliced or chopped
  • 14 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 14 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 recipe prepared Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix
  • 3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 13 cup oil
  • 12 cup rice vinegar

Preparation

  1. Arrange first 3 ingredients on a platter or in a large, shallow bowl.
  2. Whisk yogurt into Sesame Ginger Dressing, drizzle over prepared salad. Serve.
