Marinated Mushrooms

The longer these mushrooms marinate, the more delicious they become. Try as an accompaniment to hummus, on mezze platters, or cut up in salad.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups halved mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 34 cup Marinara Bread Dipper, prepared

  • 1 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 13 cup olive oil

  • Sea Salt

  • Black Pepper

Instructions
  • Place mushrooms and water in a Multipurpose Steamer.

  • Microwave, covered, for 2 minutes on high.

  • Pour bread dipper over mushrooms and season with salt and pepper to taste.
