Marinated Greek Olives
Plump & briny, olives are a superb addition to Mezze or charcuterie boards, picnics, potlucks, and tapas parties! Choose any olives you’d like, we’re big fans of Kalamata. For an extra pop of flavour add cubed or crumbled feta. The best part? You can make these ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator – the longer they sit, the better they’ll taste!

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning or Greek Dressing Mix
4 cups olives
crushed chilis, to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Place in glass or ceramic container.
Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks. Bring to room temperature before serving.
