Maple Butternut Squash Purée

Ingredients
6 cups butternut squash cubes
1 1⁄2 tbsp Maple Kettle Corn Popcorn Seasoning
1⁄2 cup milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1⁄4 cup raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Place squash in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and microwave on high for 10 min.
Using the Ground Meat Separator, coarsely mash squash with seasoning, milk, maple syrup, and butter. Using an immersion blender, blend mashed squash mixture until smooth.
Top with pumpkin seeds.

Tips
Don’t have an immersion blender? Use a food processor or blender instead; but, be aware that when hot foods are blended, the steam needs somewhere to escape. Be very careful! Start blending slowly and with a small amount.
