This sweet, smoky, savoury combo will have you back for seconds (& thirds).
Ingredients
1 cup dark Belgian chocolate
Maple Bacon Sea Salt, to taste
Preparation
Melt dark Belgian chocolate in a mixing bowl set over hot (not boiling) water. When chocolate begins to melt, remove bowl from heat and stir until melted. Or place chocolate in a 4-Cup Prep Bowl. Microwave at medium heat, stirring every minute, until melted, 2–5 minutes.
Using a Corner Spatula, scrape mixture onto Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Spread into a thin, even layer. Let stand for 1 minute, then generously season with Maple Bacon Sea Salt. Let stand at room temperature until set or refrigerate for 15 minutes. Break into small pieces and serve.
