Ingredients

  • 1 12 tbsp Mango Curry Dip Mix
  • 12 cup low-fat sour cream
  • 12 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp low-fat milk
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a medium sized bowl, using a Piano Wire Whisk, whisk together the Mango Curry Dip Mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
  2. Toss remaining ingredients and season to taste.
