Ingredients
1 1⁄2 tbsp Mango Curry Dip Mix
1⁄2 cup low-fat sour cream
1⁄2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup carrot, grated
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 tbsp low-fat milk
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a medium sized bowl, using a Piano Wire Whisk, whisk together the Mango Curry Dip Mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
Toss remaining ingredients and season to taste.
