Make Your Belly Dance Bowl
Your belly will dance with happiness when you eat this beautifully coloured nourish bowl.
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup cooked couscous
1 cup broccoli, carrot, or cabbage slaw
1 cup mixed greens
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1⁄3 cup cooked, diced sweet potato, optional
1⁄4 cup Creamy Garlic Hummus, prepared
1 can (19 oz/540 ml) chickpeas
3 tbsp Creamy Garlic Hummus Dip Mix
3 tbsp lemon juice, about 1 lemon
3 tbsp tahini, optional
1⁄4 cup Chipotle Aioli, prepared, optional
1 tbsp Chipotle Aioli Mix
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice, optional
Preparation
Place couscous in a serving bowl.
Top with slaw, greens, and black beans. Add sweet potato, if desired.
Top with hummus and aioli, if desired. Serve.
