Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Your fave bag of potato chips doesn’t belong at the dinner table, so serve up the next best thing: mashed potatoes loaded with the bold ‘n tangy taste of all-dressed chips! To save time and incorporate more fibre into your diet, skip peeling the potatoes—it’ll still be delicious!

Ingredients

  • 4 Russet potatoes
  • 2 green onions
  • 12 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup milk, your choice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp All-Dressed Fries Seasoning or Cajun Fries Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Peel potatoes; cut into 1" cubes. Place in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover; microwave on high 12–14 min ,or until potatoes are soft.
  2. Meanwhile, chop green onions.
  3. Using Ground Meat Separator, mash potatoes with cheese, milk, butter, and seasoning to desired consistency. Fold in green onions. Add topper, if desired.
