Ingredients
4 Russet potatoes
2 green onions
1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1⁄2 cup milk, your choice
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp All-Dressed Fries Seasoning or Cajun Fries Seasoning
Instructions
Peel potatoes; cut into 1" cubes. Place in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover; microwave on high 12â14 min ,or until potatoes are soft.
Meanwhile, chop green onions.
Using Ground Meat Separator, mash potatoes with cheese, milk, butter, and seasoning to desired consistency. Fold in green onions. Add topper, if desired.
