Little Italy Rotini with Edamame Beans & Spinach

1 lb (450 g) rotini or fusilli pasta
1 cup frozen edamame beans or green peas
2 cups spinach, washed and chopped
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1 recipe prepared Little Italy sauce
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
juice of half a lemon
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
In a Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package directions. Strain through built-in strainer lid, cover, and set aside.
Lightly rinse edamame beans and spinach, season with Salt and Pepper, and place in Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes.
Toss pasta with Little Italy sauce, parmesan, lemon juice, olive oil, and vegetables.
Serve with extra parmesan, if desired.
