Fresh and bursting with flavour, this recipe will be made time and time again!
Ingredients
12 slices French baguette, or gluten-free bread
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup diced tomatoes
Black Pepper, to taste
1⁄2 cup prepared Little Italy Sauce
parmesan cheese, to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to broil.
Lay baguette slices on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner and lightly brush baguette slices with olive oil using a basting brush. Broil for 2 minutes each side, or until golden.
Combine Little Italy Sauce, tomatoes, and Black pepper in a small mixing bowl.
Spoon 1 tbsp of mixture onto each baguette slice. Sprinkle with parmesan and place back under broiler for approximately 1–2 more minutes and serve.
