Light Marinara à la Vodka

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) penne pasta
  • 1 recipe prepared Marinara Sauce
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 14 cup vodka
  • 1 cup evaporated milk 2%
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta in Multipurpose Pot according to package directions. Drain.
  2. Simmer Marinara Sauce with vodka and milk in a Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup for 10 minutes to let flavours blend. Stir in Parmesan.
  3. Toss with hot pasta and serve.
