Lemony Whipped Feta

Warning: this is addictive! Thick ‘n luscious Greek yogurt provides a smooth and creamy base for the feta. Dish up with pita wedges (or chips), use as a spread for sandwiches, or to add to a mezze platter with fresh veggies for dipping. Double the recipe if you’re feeding a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz (200 g) feta, drained
  • 14 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Crumble feta into a high-speed blender or food processor. Add yogurt and dip mix.
  2. Blend until very smooth. If mixture is too thick, thin with 1–3 tbsp milk or water. Taste and add pepper, if desired.
  3. Spoon into a bowl and drizzle with oil. Serve with toppings, if desired.

Tips
