Lemony Baked Pita Wedges

Make your own version of pita chips at home, in 10 minutes! Healthier than store-bought, these wedges are delicious dunked in your favourite dip. Sprinkle with Lemon Dilly Dip Mix and serve with Dillicous Tzatziki for a tasty side for a Greek-inspired themed meal.

Ingredients

  • 12 pkg Lemon Chicken Orzo Seasoning or Lemon Garlic Chicken Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 pita breads (6")

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F. Place Cooling Racks on a Sheet Pan.
  2. In a Prep Bowl, whisk seasoning with oil. Using a Basting Brush, brush each pita with seasoning mixture. Slice pitas into quarters and arrange on cooling racks.
  3. Bake 7 min, or until slightly browned and crispy.
