Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Golden Latte Latte Mix
  • 1 lemon

Preparation

  1. Combine rice, water, olive oil, and latte mix in Multipurpose Steamer. Top with tray and microwave uncovered on high 18 min, or until cooked.
  2. Slice lemon in half; using 2-in-1 Citrus Press, squeeze juice into cooked rice. Add toppings, if desired.
