Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Lemon Orzo Chicken Seasoning
  • 4 cups prepared Vegetable Broth, warmed
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups arborio rice
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 34 lb (340 g) uncooked, frozen peeled prawns
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 34 cup sour cream

Preparation

  1. Place seasoning, broth, rice, and butter in Round or Multipurpose Steamer; stir to combine. Cover; microwave on high 8 min.
  2. Remove from microwave; stir in prawns. Cover; microwave on high for 8 min.
  3. Remove from microwave; stir in peas. Cover; microwave on high 6 min.
  4. Fold in sour cream. Top with Parmesan, if desired. Serve warm; risotto will continue to thicken as it cools.
