1 pkg Lemon Orzo Chicken Seasoning
4 cups prepared Vegetable Broth, warmed
1 1⁄2 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
2 cups arborio rice
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3⁄4 lb (340 g) uncooked, frozen peeled prawns
1 cup frozen peas
3⁄4 cup sour cream
Preparation
Place seasoning, broth, rice, and butter in Round or Multipurpose Steamer; stir to combine. Cover; microwave on high 8 min.
Remove from microwave; stir in prawns. Cover; microwave on high for 8 min.
Remove from microwave; stir in peas. Cover; microwave on high 6 min.
Fold in sour cream. Top with Parmesan, if desired. Serve warm; risotto will continue to thicken as it cools.
