Lemon Herbed Rice

Fragrant lemon peel and Herbes Provençales brighten up an easy rice side dish. Delicious with everything from fish to Mexican favourites.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup and place on high heat. Bring to a boil and stir.
  2. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and gently simmer for 20 - 25 minutes, or until rice is tender. Serve warm.
