Lemon Herbed Fish & Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tbsp fine herb blend, your choice, divided
  • 2 fillets (4 oz/150 g) white fish
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Rinse green beans in cold water and place in a Rectangular Steamer. Sprinkle beans with 2 tsp fine herbs. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  2. Lay white fish on top of green beans, and sprinkle with remaining fine herbs and lemon juice. Cover and microwave on high for a further 4–5 minutes. Season to taste and serve.
