Lemon Dilly Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 tins (4 oz/120 g) light tuna, packed in water
  • 13 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 3 radishes, sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices whole-wheat bread

Preparation

  1. Drain liquid from tuna and fluff with a fork into a medium mixing bowl. Add yogurt and dip mix. Stir to blend well.
  2. Place lettuce on 4 slices of bread. Top with tuna mixture and radishes. Cover with second slices of bread.
  3. Cut diagonally and serve.
