Lemon Dilly Potato Salad
A backyard potluck favourite!
Ingredients
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard - optional
2 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
4 cups cooked, diced potatoes
4 green onions, sliced
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or cut into wedges
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Mix first 3 ingredients in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, toss to combine and serve.
