Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 12 cup vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 cups cooked bite-sized pasta
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced celery
  • 34 cup cubed low-fat cheddar cheese

Preparation

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
