Lemon Dilly Coleslaw
An easy side for any meal. Add to wraps or burgers. Double the recipe for a big batch.
Ingredients
1 bag (12 oz/340 g) coleslaw mix
1 cup chopped broccoli florets
1⁄4 cup Lemon Dilly Vinaigrette
1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
1⁄4 cup oil
finely grated zest of one lemon, optional
1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1⁄4 tsp sugar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw, broccoli, and vinaigrette. Serve.
