Lemon Dilly Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (12 oz/340 g) coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
  • 14 cup Lemon Dilly Vinaigrette
  • 14 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 14 cup oil
  • finely grated zest of one lemon, optional
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 14 tsp sugar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw, broccoli, and vinaigrette. Serve.
