Lemon Curd Coconut Squares

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, combine flour, coconut, sugar, baking powder, salt, and butter. Crumble by hand.
In a Multipurpose Steamer, take half the crumble and press down to make a base. Spread lemon curd on top. Take the second half of the crumble and sprinkle on top; lightly press down.
Bake 40–45 min.
Cool completely, cut & enjoy!
