This recipe is ideal for using leftover Luscious Lemon Curd.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 12 cup prepared Luscious Lemon Curd Filling
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pkg Luscious Lemon Curd Mix
  • 12 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter, optional

Preparation

  1. Divide half the berries between four Prep Bowls. Add lemon curd (about 2 tbsp per bowl). Top with remaining berries.
