Le Taj Steamed Vegetables
Ingredients
2 cups mixed seasonal or frozen vegetables, your choice
Sea Salt , optional, to taste
Black Pepper, optional, to taste
4 cups baby spinach or kale
1⁄4 cup Le Taj Sauce
Preparation
Microwave vegetables in a Multipurpose Steamer for 2–3 minutes, until tender crisp.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired, and cook for 1 more minute.
Toss with greens and prepared sauce. Serve warm.
