Ingredients
  • 2 cups mixed seasonal or frozen vegetables, your choice

  • Sea Salt , optional, to taste

  • Black Pepper, optional, to taste

  • 4 cups baby spinach or kale

  • 14 cup Le Taj Sauce

Instructions
  • Microwave vegetables in a Multipurpose Steamer for 2–3 minutes, until tender crisp.

  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper if desired, and cook for 1 more minute.

  • Toss with greens and prepared sauce. Serve warm.
