Le Taj Lemon Rice Pilaf
Ingredients
2 small onions, finely chopped
2 celery stalks, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup long grain rice
2 cups Nourish Broth, prepared
1 1⁄2 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
lemon rind, grated
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 recipe prepared Le Taj Sauce
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, sauté onions and celery in oil until tender.
Add rice, broth, and lemon zest. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice and Le Taj Sauce.
