Ingredients

  • 2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 2 cups Nourish Broth, prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • lemon rind, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 recipe prepared Le Taj Sauce

Preparation

  1. In a medium saucepan, sauté onions and celery in oil until tender.
  2. Add rice, broth, and lemon zest. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and let simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, add lemon juice and Le Taj Sauce.
