Lamb Souvlaki Skewers
Greek lamb skewers that go from raw to ready in less than 17 minutes.
Ingredients
10 oz (280 g) lamb or pork loin, cut into chunks
1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
1 tbsp Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning or Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 bamboo skewers
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425° F (218° C)
Combine first three ingredients. Alternately thread meat and peppers onto bamboo skewers.
Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Add skewers and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Place pan in oven and continue to cook for 6–8 minutes until desired doneness.
Drizzle with lemon juice, then serve.
