Lamb Souvlaki Skewers

Greek lamb skewers that go from raw to ready in less than 17 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz (280 g) lamb or pork loin, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 tbsp Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning or Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 bamboo skewers

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (218° C)
  2. Combine first three ingredients. Alternately thread meat and peppers onto bamboo skewers.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Add skewers and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Place pan in oven and continue to cook for 6–8 minutes until desired doneness.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice, then serve.
