Lamb Exotica

This is a beautiful, satisfying, easy dish you can incorporate into a Morrocan buffet, or serve as a separate dinner for family and friends.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs (900 g) lamb chops

  • 2 tsp Moroccan Seasoning

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Dukkah, prepared

  • 2 tbsp mirin, sherry, or wine

  • juice of 1 lime

Instructions
  • In a large bowl or baking dish, combine all ingredients.

  • Marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, minimum 2 hours or overnight.

  • Fry chops in a frying pan over medium heat, turning often – approximately 8–10 minutes for medium-rare.

  • Arrange on a platter, and serve.
