Slash calories in a traditional spritzer by cutting the wine in half and topping up with flavourful Kyoto cherry rose-infused soda water instead.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups soda water
  • 13 cup Kyoto cherry rose tea
  • 1 cup red or white wine
  • cherries or berry skewers, optional

Preparation

  1. Gently stir soda with Kyoto cherry rose tea. Refrigerate and let steep, 6–8 minutes, then strain.
  2. Pour wine into glasses, then top with tea-infused soda.
  3. Garnish with fresh cherries or small berry skewers, if you wish.
