Kimchi-Style Fried Rice
Ingredients
1 cup rice
2 cups water
4 eggs
1 1⁄2 cups egg whites
2 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
2 cups kimchi
6 cups coleslaw mix
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
Preparation
In a Round Steamer, add rice and water. Microwave on high for 8–10 min.
While rice is cooking, stir fry eggs, egg whites, and 3 Onion Dip Mix in a Wok.
Add kimchi and coleslaw mix. Stir-fry for 2–3 min.
Add rice, sesame oil, and soy sauce; stir-fry for an additional 2–3 min.
