Kimchi-Style Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 12 cups egg whites
  • 2 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 2 cups kimchi
  • 6 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

Preparation

  1. In a Round Steamer, add rice and water. Microwave on high for 8–10 min.
  2. While rice is cooking, stir fry eggs, egg whites, and 3 Onion Dip Mix in a Wok.
  3. Add kimchi and coleslaw mix. Stir-fry for 2–3 min.
  4. Add rice, sesame oil, and soy sauce; stir-fry for an additional 2–3 min.
  5. Enjoy!
