Ingredients

  • 14 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tbsp Caesar Dressing Mix
  • 2 tbsp 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 bunches (142 g) fresh or prewashed green kale, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 12 cup croutons

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine Caesar Dressing ingredients.
  2. Add kale and toss to coat. Add croutons and serve immediately.
