A simple, refreshing, and delicious cucumber salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp icing sugar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix, or Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, coarsely ground, to taste
  • 1 long English cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds

Preparation

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients together.
  2. Add cucumber and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
