Japanese Sunomono Cucumber Salad
A simple, refreshing, and delicious cucumber salad.
Ingredients
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp icing sugar
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame Ginger Dressing Mix, or Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
Sea Salt, coarsely ground, to taste
1 long English cucumber, thinly sliced into rounds
Preparation
In a small mixing bowl, whisk first 5 ingredients together.
Add cucumber and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
