Japanese Avocado Salad

A new simple way to enjoy tuna and avocado.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups dark salad greens, chopped
  • 2 cans (4 oz/140 g) light tuna, packed in water, drained
  • 14 cup Roasted Garlic Aioli
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, optional
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Divide salad greens between four plates.
  2. Combine tuna and aioli, then layer over greens. Top with avocado and cucumber slices.
  3. Garnish with Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning.
