Japanese Avocado Salad
A new simple way to enjoy tuna and avocado.
Ingredients
4 cups dark salad greens, chopped
2 cans (4 oz/140 g) light tuna, packed in water, drained
1⁄4 cup Roasted Garlic Aioli
1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice, optional
1 avocado, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 tsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
Preparation
Divide salad greens between four plates.
Combine tuna and aioli, then layer over greens. Top with avocado and cucumber slices.
Garnish with Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning.
