Jamaican Jive Pork Chops
Ingredients
2 tbsp Jamaican Jive Dry Glaze
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb (450 g) boneless pork loin chops
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
Preparation
Combine Jamaican Jive Dry Glaze and oil in a re-sealable bag or bowl, add pork and coat well. Let marinate in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Grill pork over medium heat for 5–6 minutes per side until cooked through. Top with green onions.
