Jam Stuffed Croissants

A favourite at parties! A perfect combination of savoury and sweet. Better than store-bought, these can be prepared in advance and frozen. Simply freeze uncooked on a Sheet Pan; once frozen, place in freezer bags and bake when ready.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) square puff pastry, defrosted

  • 23 cup jam , your choice

  • 3 oz (85 g) brie, sliced

  • toasted nuts, chopped, optional

  • 2 tbsp milk, optional

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).

  • Roll puff pastry into a thin 10.5” square. Gently flip onto large side of an Appy Maker. Using a rolling pin, firmly roll over to cut pastry.

  • Spoon 1 tbsp jam onto each triangle, top with a slice of brie, and sprinkle with nuts, if desired.

  • Starting at wide end, roll up each triangle on the Appy Maker, and form into crescents.

  • Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Brush with milk, if desired, and bake until golden brown, 14–16 minutes.
