Italian-style Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tsp Pesto Sauce Mix
1⁄2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175ÂșC).
Lightly spray frying pan with vegetable oil.
Cook chicken breasts over medium high heat until browned on both sides.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk tomato sauce with Pesto Herbs. Spoon sauce over chicken breasts and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake in pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
