Italian Steamed Fish
Dinner doesn't get any easier than this!
Ingredients
2 small zucchini, cut into ribbons
2 small carrots, cut into ribbons
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
1 lb (450 g) white fish fillets
1⁄2 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a Multipurpose Steamer, place zucchini and carrot. Season to taste.
Place fish on top of vegetables and drizzle with dressing.
Cover and microwave on high until fish is cooked through, 5–7 minutes.
