1 cup broccoli
1⁄2 cup bell peppers
1⁄2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, prepared
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
3⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

In a bowl, combine first five ingredients. Drizzle with dressing, and enjoy.
