Italian Deli Salad
Ingredients
4 cups cooked rotini, (or any bite-size pasta)
1⁄2 cup sliced olives
1 cup cubed mozzarella cheese
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes
1 cup sliced marinated artichoke hearts
1 cup cubed ham, or sliced salami, cut in strips
1 recipe prepared Italian Dressing
2 tbsp Italian Dressing Mix
3⁄4 cup oil
1⁄4 cup white vinegar
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in serving bowl.
