Ingredients
4 cups Vegetable Broth, or broth of your choice
1 1⁄2 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
1 cup prepared Marinara Sauce or Poco Picante Salsa, prepared
1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tsp lime juice, optional
cilantro, optional
1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix, or Epicure dip mix, your choice
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation
In a Multipurpose Pot stir broth with marinara sauce and dip mix.
Bring to a boil, then add frozen vegetables. Simmer, stirring often for 3–5 min, until warm.
