Ingredients

  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth, or broth of your choice
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup prepared Marinara Sauce or Poco Picante Salsa, prepared
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (28 oz/796 ml) crushed tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp lime juice, optional
  • cilantro, optional
  • 1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix, or Epicure dip mix, your choice
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables

Preparation

  1. In a Multipurpose Pot stir broth with marinara sauce and dip mix.
  2. Bring to a boil, then add frozen vegetables. Simmer, stirring often for 3–5 min, until warm.
