Inside Out Holiday Dinner

Entertaining could not be easier. Everyone loves turkey dinner. This one-pan dinner looks gorgeous and is sure to impress.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs (900 g) turkey pieces, cut into small portions

  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided

  • Roast Turkey Seasoning, to taste

  • 1 12 cups each cubed yam, red onion, and celery

  • 2 - 3 tbsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning

  • 2 cups cubed rustic-style or gluten free bread

  • 14 cup Nourish Broth, prepared

  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 2 tbsp Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

  • 7 oz (23 cup) fresh or frozen green beans

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).

  • Lightly coat turkey with 1 tbsp olive oil and generously season all over with turkey seasoning. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Roast for 30 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, combine vegetables in a bowl and toss with remaining olive oil and seasoning. Set aside.

  • In another bowl, combine bread, broth, and stuffing seasoning. Stir in cranberries and beans.

  • Remove pan from oven; increase temperature to 425° F (220° C). Spread the vegetables around the turkey in a single layer. Return to the oven and roast for 20 minutes.

  • Remove pan from oven and tuck the bread mixture around the turkey.

  • Roast everything for 10 minutes, until an instant read thermometer indicates the meat has a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F (74° C).
