Your favourite childhood treat…completely DIY!
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 tbsp Chocolate Hazelnut Spread, prepared
1 cup hazelnuts
1 cup almonds
3⁄4 cup icing sugar
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch Sea Salt
4 Summer Berry Marshmallows, prepared
2 envelopes gelatin
6 tbsp water
1 cup sugar
1⁄4 cup corn syrup or cane syrup
2 egg whites
2 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
1⁄2 cup icing sugar, for dusting
1⁄2 cup corn starch, for dusting
4 DIY Graham Crackers, prepared
2 1⁄4 cups whole wheat flour
1⁄3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon or Apple Pie Spice
1⁄2 tsp baking soda
1⁄2 tsp Sea Salt
3⁄4 cup butter, cold, cut into cubes
1⁄4 cup molasses
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat broiler with rack six inches from heating element.
Break graham crackers in two. Spread half of the graham crackers with chocolate hazelnut spread and top with a marshmallow.
Place on a Sheet Pan and broil for 30 seconds, or until toasted.
Remove from broiler and top with remaining graham cracker halves
