Indonesian Noodle Salad
Ingredients
1⁄4 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Indonesian seasoning
2 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
12 oz (170 g) ramen noodles (curly Japanese noodles), crumbled
1 bag (12 oz/340 g) broccoli slaw
Preparation
Whisk together first 6 ingredients to create dressing and set aside.
Heat a Wok, over medium heat. Add dressing and crumbled noodles. Stir while cooking for 3 minutes until noodles soften.
Add broccoli slaw, and toss to coat. (Add a little water to loosen noodles if necessary.) Season to taste.
