Ingredients

  • 14 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Indonesian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 12 oz (170 g) ramen noodles (curly Japanese noodles), crumbled
  • 1 bag (12 oz/340 g) broccoli slaw

Preparation

  1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients to create dressing and set aside.
  2. Heat a Wok, over medium heat. Add dressing and crumbled noodles. Stir while cooking for 3 minutes until noodles soften.
  3. Add broccoli slaw, and toss to coat. (Add a little water to loosen noodles if necessary.) Season to taste.
